Counselors in this community-based program work with young people and their families to find solutions to issues, such as school performance, hard to manage behaviors at home or in the community, truancy, runaway behaviors, and family conflicts.
Services Include:
- Community based counseling and case management services for young people under the age of 18 and their families for an average of 12 weeks
- Assessment and individualized case planning
- Family and group counseling
